Arizona Vortex Air Curtains give you more performance. Vortex Air Curtains will replace old fashioned blow off devices and reduce the amount of compressed air you use. Vortex Air Curtains are used for large area blow off and cleaning of flat surfaces. Air Curtains are ideal for BIG jobs, where you have to move a lot of chips, dirt, water or oil, or need to cool a product - with just a fraction of the compressed air you're used to.  

Vortex Air Curtains force a small amount of compressed air through a .002” (.0508mm) orifice or slot along the length of the Air Curtain. The sonic speed of compressed air creates a low pressure area along the air foil of the body entraining surrounding air to create large flows of air. This process will amplify your compressed air flow 40 times.  

Since you are using less compressed air, noise levels are significantly reduced by as much as 50 dBA less than drilled pipe or other methods.
